The philosophy of CENTURY 21 A Better Service Realty is for all sales associates and administrative staff members to support one another as partners in achieving our goals, including client satisfaction; sales associate satisfaction, administrative staff satisfaction, financial success, a motivating & enriching environment. Our History
In 1986 we joined the CENTURY 21® System. Two years later, CENTURY 21 A Better Service Realty became the first CENTURION® Office in the Southeast area by earning over $1,000,000 in Gross Closed Commissions, not to mention the top closed transaction per agent office in the region. By October 1996 as our success and sales force grew, we relocated to our existing state of the art, modern facility with over 9,000 sq. ft. of space and unlimited parking. We have established ourselves as one of the top offices and one of the most efficient and better-designed Real Estate offices in the Nation.
Location
Geographically, we are in the heart of Los Angeles County with access to major freeways such as the 710, 5, 91, 605 and 105. We have a wide market range starting at approximately $100,000 in the Southeast/Los Angeles area and up to $600,000 in the East area, which provides an abundant market regardless of how the industry is doing as a whole. CENTURY 21 A Better Service Realty is conveniently located in the South Gate Towne Center next to Sam's Club and the new El Paseo Center.
Method Of Operation & Tools
The office environment is a major factor in the success of our team. Our office environment is among no other - team management, a full time administrative staff, career training, agent business planning, in house services and State of the Art equipment. We have two team captains who are active in sales that assist, guide and train our sales associates in their real estate career. Their goal is to help them bring out their ultimate potential. Our staff consists of our Transaction Coordinator who assists agents in all aspects of the real estate transaction; our Listing Coordinator keeps accurate inventory of all in house listings, sales and closings; the Client Services Director deals with any legalities of a transaction; our full time receptionist staff handle all incoming calls and walk in clients with the highest quality service. Our Broker believes in Broker/Agent involvement and an "open door" policy. He will meet with the Sales Associates on a one on one basis to do business planning and to map out their career goals. We also offer in house Escrow, Mortgage, Insurance, Termite Fumigation and Title services which provide our sales associates and clients with convenience, quality and fast service. Our unique State of the Art Computer System and Sound System offers a high tech approach to our office meetings, training's and allows our agents to take advantage of modern day technology when conducting every day business.
